Parental Alienation

Parental Alienation is a social dynamic, generally occurring due to divorce or separation, when a child expresses unjustified hatred or unreasonably strong dislike of one parent, making access by the rejected parent difficult or impossible.

Emotional Child Abuse

Children need to feel wanted, loved, safe and valued; they also need consistency and discipline. No parent (or carer) gets it right every time and an act of bad parenting does not amount to emotional abuse. Emotional abuse is severe and persistent ill treatment which undermines a child's confidence and self-worth.

Child Custody
Child custody and guardianship are legal terms which are used to describe the legal and practical relationship between a parent and his or her child, such as the right of the parent to make decisions for the child, and the parent's duty to care for the child.

Abuse of any type is never   excusable !!

Grief is not a disorder, a disease or a sign of weakness. It is an emotional, physical and spiritual necessity, the price you pay for love. The only cure for grief is to grieve. "Earl Grollman"

Abuse of any type is never   excusable !!

"The PAS is an insidious, devastating, bewildering, and commonly unrecognizable form of child abuse." ~ Linda J. Gottlieb, LMFT, LCSW
